Lomandra Longifolia `Select Form` - is a hardy, versatile plant for dryland gardens. 'Mat Rush' (Lomandra longifolia ‘Select form’) is a very tough, hardy garden plant with green to greenish-blue leaves that will form a large clump 1 to 1.3 metres tall and by the same wide. Our ‘Select Form’ is ideal for a wide range of climates from the humid coast to the dry inland. It makes a great filler plant that has low maintenance needs.

Mat Rush, (Lomandra longifolia) is a highly variable plant species. Some forms will only grow in sandy soil on the coast, and other varieties are native to inland and mountain habitats. When we at The Plant Hub selected our form of Matt Rush, we selected one that had the ability to grow in the widest range of climates zones possible.
