A compact grass with masses of flowers spring to early summer, Shara is a dwarf Lomandra variety with fine, soft, arching bluish-green foliage with a maximum height of 50 cm. Shara has masses of sweetly perfumed flowers in late spring to early summer above the foliage. It is an excellent border plant for gardens and pathways and looks incredible mass planted. Shara is a low maintenance plant.
Shara is a tough and robust grass that will blend with any garden style and is suited to a wide range of climates from the coast to inland. Unlike many dwarf Lomandra varieties that suffer in tropical climates, Shara, with its natural ability to tolerate moist soils and high humidity, makes it a great garden plant for those areas.
