With multi-coloured foliage this is a hardy ground-cover plant, Tri-colour Star Jasmine is a variegated form of the popular Chinese Star Jasmine. As the name suggests, Tri-colour has foliage in three colour tones; they are glossy green with mottled white and pink colour tones. Tri-colour rarely flowers. Tri-colour Jasmine is low maintenance ground cover plant.
Trachelospermum jasminoides `Tri-color` is a slow-growing groundcover plant that prefers full sun to part shade position. It tends to lose its variegated foliage in heavy shade, and the leaves revert to greener tones. `Tri-color` prefers a warm aspect with rich, well-drained soil. Once established, they are very drought tolerant.
